    Our family room was neat and new-fashioned with extremely comfy beds. The breakfast was sensational and great and on a help yourself basis, the staff was very very helpful. The location was stunning - so close to Blackpool, all attractions and main shopping centre.

    This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, tv, and electric kettle. The staff were wonderful, helping me with a wake-up call on my first stay. Highly recommend visiting during Christmas!

    Friendly staff at check-in.

    The room was small and poorly maintained, with towels not changed or bins emptied. The lack of a communal area, and the strange access to the neighboring hotel only added to the discomfort.
